If I made that type of extension cord, Id have to move the dryer out of the way, crawl behind the dryer, plug in the extension cord for the boil, then when Im done crawl back behind the dryer, reverse the cords, and push the dryer back.
Choose conduit or Greenfield large enough so the wires can slide easily. Remove a knockout slug from the service panel make sure its the right size and clamp the conduit or Greenfield to the panel.
No you made a mistake claiming your rig only pulls 600W while hashing 120-130 MHs. Its not possible. This has nothing to do with the rest of your thread regarding 120240V and dryer outlets. Im correcting you on the inaccurate measurements done with your meter, or the math you pulled out of the lint drawer.

Im finding out but dont quote me, the dryer 3 prong uses a neutral BUT the 3 prong for my tools is like a grounded and not neutral. Ive been plugging and unplugging them without issues.

There is no adapter here between the dryer splitter and the NEMA14-50 extension cord. If you do get an adapter, your car will see the 14-50 connection and think it can charge at 32A, which is beyond the rating of the splitter and also may trip the breaker. This will also be beyond the rating of your dryer outlet.
